A Kids Biz Expo is an event that allows young entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products or services.
Kids Biz Expo will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024 to kick off Global Entrepreneurship Week!
Kids Biz Expo will be held at 165 Newark Avenue (entrance on Barrow Street).
To participate, you can register your child by filling out the registration form on our website and paying the registration fee.
Typically, the age limit for participants is between 8-18, but exceptions can be made based on individual cases.
Children can showcase a wide variety of businesses, including handmade crafts, baked goods, services like lawn care or pet sitting, and much more. Need ideas for your business? Send an email to jen@kidsbizexpo.com for a list of ideas!
The registration fee is $30 per child, which includes table and chair. We recommend bringing your own promotional materials and decor for your table.

Parental involvement may be necessary for younger children, but older participants can manage their booths independently with parental supervision.
Visitors can register for the event on our website or purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event.
Workshops are scheduled to be conducted before the event. Kids Biz Academy is available to help your young entrepreneur learn how to start their own business.
We have a limited number of booth spaces available. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
To prepare, your child can create their products, design their booth, and practice their pitch. We also recommend participating in the Kids Biz Academy for more tips and resources.
We recommend participants wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for their business and consider uniforms or branded attire.
Street parking and paid parking lots are available around the venue location.
Yes, there will be networking opportunities, and we encourage children to interact and learn from their peers.
We anticipate media coverage at the event. We will notify participants if there are interviews or photo opportunities.
